Dear Mr. Wilson

Dear Mr. Wilson,
I have completed the three month probatory period and I have
accepted it as a great experience. I have learned a great many
things that will be useful to me in my future endeavors. However,
I have carefully studied the oppertunities envolved in working
with Squibb and their relation to my goals. I want to grow and
mature in many different ways, but I can not see myself doing so
in the position that I am.
I am presenting my formal letter of resignation with two
weeks prior notice. I hope this is satisfactory so that all the
necessary arrangements may be made.
My enthusiasm and hard-work, while working at Squibb, stems
from the excelent training you have provided all of us with. Yet,
my interests are in a medical career. I am simply going to have
to gamble it and return to my studies so that I may obtain that
which I have always dreamed of.
I hope this letter is accepted in a professional manner and
that no hard feelings may lie between E.R.Squibb & Sons and me. I
am and always will be a great advocate for this company and for
what it represents within the health-care profession.
Sincerely,
Manuel M
