MAKE pH to 7.4 w/ 2N HCl



                         INULIN PAH PREPERATION


Make up in 0.9% NaCl 

             For Rat Clearance (regardless of weight) weigh out

        Inulin- 1.5g/100cc  - - 0.75g/50cc

        PAH-    0.5g/100cc  - - 0.25g/50cc
             
             Set pump to a rate of 28.3 ul/min.

Take approximately 1/3 total volume of saline and dissolve inulin. Bring 
mixture to a boil. Turn off hot plate and leave beaker and solution to cool.
After a few minutes of cooling add PAH and stirrer and more diluent.


Measure 50 ul of sample and place it in a 1.5 ml microcentriuge tube. Have 
samples measured by Joyce.
