3rd column, 4th row down... that's not been written on, the dye is a result of it being taken from a sealed container: that's a stolen note.

A friend and I went through a bizarre hippie socialist phase in our teens and wrote "you are not a slave" on all our banknotes... but very small and on the opposite side to the Queen, because you can technically still be prosecuted for treason if you deface the Queen's likeness. Gotta love UK democracy.
