Improvisation - September 24, 2004, 3:30 AM
Haven't done one of these in a while...
Look to the bottom of this page for the "Sunday Improvisations"
Click here for one I recorded on a found piano in 1991 or 1992
(just found the tape). 6.31.05: Just found this tape, too, of what I think is me in Atlanta in 1997. I found this unlabeled
tape among other tapes of my stuff, but I am not 100% certain that this one is me. If you
recognize is at something else let me know.

Alexander Scriabin - Four Preludes, Op. 37
1. Mesto - 2. Maestoso, fiero - 3. Andante - 4. Irato impetuoso
Frederic Chopin - Mazurka, Op. 17, No. 3 (Take 2)
Frederic Chopin - Mazurka, Op. 17, No. 3 (Take 1)
These two takes are pretty different. The second is closer to what I had in mind when I first learned this piece.
The first take, I'm told, sounds more like Satie than Chopin.
