Relaxing after working 13 hours straight. Tomorrow starts the "Blues on the Bayou" festival in Tarpan Springs. All kinds of famous blues singers come to perform on the bayou for 2 days. And of course, the owner of the place I work at hired one of the bands to perform tonight and tomorrow night at the club. So, of course I had to get everything ready.

I have been in very much pain over my computer. Marvin (his name) has been disagreeing with my attempts to add a second operating system. I nearly lost all my data. Windows wouldn't run and some very bad things were happening. Then I remembered to use my patented "Magic Bone" reboot. On a technical level, it's no different than any other reboot, but on a spiritual level, well, it makes all the difference. Marvin is happy now and I speak to you through Linux, not Windows.

Feelin' all weird..I quit my job tonight. Gave a 1 week notice. Fuckin' stress from that place is killin' me. I feel like really releived in a way but also very sad..Got sucked into that damn job 4 1/2 months ago and I guess it was just my time to leave. I feel sad because I have met so many wonderful people there. People I can really call friends. But it was certainly the right thing for me to do and I feel good about it.
