I spotted this under a railway bridge on Pearse Street in Dublin. It by one of the most talented graffiti artists around Dublin: Asbestos. It's composed of chinese newspapers pasted on the wall with i think a stencil of a mer-zebra a hybrid of a mermaid and zebra.
